Kathleen at Reality Home Inspection is the most stellar inspector you can find – hands down. I have worked with Kathleen on a number of inspections now - as a seller and as a broker representing both buyers and sellers. Kathleen has become my “go-to” inspector. Kathleen is highly educated and experienced, thorough and efficient, but more importantly, Kathleen works from the heart – it is clear that she truly cares about protecting her clients and she goes the extra mile to ensure that every square inch of the home is reviewed and working in good order and according to spec. When she finds any kind of defect or something that needs to be corrected, she actually takes the time to explain exactly what the issue is and provides recommendations on how to address it. Kathleen is always available to her clients after inspections to address any questions or concerns and really provides that extra caring touch that turns clients into repeat customers. I have called Kathleen at odd hours with questions or concerns or when I’ve needed extra reassurance on a home issue – and she responds immediately and doesn’t hesitate to come back to the home to reinspect an issue or confirm a resolution.
