PEACE OF MIND FOR YOUR HOME INVESTMENT
WHO AM I
I was initiated into the building industry making and installing windows.
To satisfy my passion for woodworking, I transitioned to framing houses.
I continued to work for general contractors remodeling homes, learning a variety of skills including roofing, siding, tile work, plumbing and electrical.
My fascination with how complex systems function led me to a public utility where I worked more than 20 years as a journey-level electrician.
My broad skill set, natural eye for detail and endless curiosity helped me to excel in each of these roles and now inspires my work as a home inspector.

Kathleen inspected two homes we were hoping to buy and we are exceptionally impressed with her in both cases. She was prompt and responsive, even coming out literally last minute to inspect a home we needed to put an offer on quickly. She was thorough and provided with clear, easy to understand reports that have been quite helpful to us as new home owners. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a home inspection!
